Physicians and healthcare leaders played an important role in the days and weeks following the Camp Fire by providing care even as our region’s population shifted, and sometimes even suffering personal and professional loss. After a year has passed, we are hearing from the physicians who remain in the area that patient panels have increased, colleagues have changed, and trauma persists in many patients and/or families. Steven Seay is leading physician wellness coaching for Placer Nevada County Medical Society and working with physicians through other area organizations. Butte-Glenn Medical Society is pleased to bring Steven to Chico on Tuesday, November 12 for an evening dedicated to physician wellness.
